1. How do I receive my digital products?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant download link on the checkout page and via email. You can download your eBook or guide immediately.


2. Do I need a special app or device to read the eBooks?

No. All of our eBooks and guides are delivered in PDF format, which can be opened on any computer, tablet, or smartphone.


3. Can I get a refund?

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we will issue a refund if:

- You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

- You experienced a technical issue on our side that prevented your download.

- The product is significantly different from the description.

If you believe you qualify, please contact us at support@kitoo.digital within 7 days of your purchase.


4. I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?

First, check your spam/junk email folder. If it’s not there, contact us at support@kitoo.digital, and we’ll resend your download link.


5. Can I share or resell the eBooks I purchase?

No. All of our products are licensed for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing them without permission is not allowed.


6. How do I get access to the Free Guides?

Our Free Guides are available when you join our email list. Simply enter your email on the signup form, confirm your subscription, and you’ll receive the download link in your inbox.


7. Do you offer printed versions of your eBooks?

Currently, we only sell digital downloads. This allows us to deliver products instantly at a lower cost to you.
